Dr. Carlos Sanchez founded the Chamber under the name; Texas Gulf Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. It was later renamed according to the city in which it provides services: Conroe, The Woodlands and Spring-Klein.

The Chamber has grown to over 400 members of different business types and still holds meetings in different locations in Conroe, The Woodlands, and Spring. Its home base is in Spring, Texas.

Dr. Carlos Sanchez is an experienced business owner, consultant and small business growth advisor. His credentials include:

  • PhD in Neuro Linguistic Psychology 

  • Master in Neuro Linguistics (NLP)

  • Certified Master Business Coach

  • Certified Learning & Performance (CPLP)

  • Second Language teacher since 1979

  • Small Business Owner & Consultant since 1995
