About Us

A lot of business owners join Chambers of Commerce to promote their business, increase their sales and become better community leaders. Yet, Chambers are not always structured to meet these objectives. That is why we make it a point to understand our member's goals and guide them to where they want to go.

The Texas Gulf Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)6 organization that serves as a platform for small business and community leadership. Being a bilingual Chamber gives us the unique advantage of serving the thousands of Hispanic entrepreneurs who want to start or grow their business - as well as the general English-speaking public.

In February of 2016 Dr. Carlos Sanchez founded the Chamber because he found that his company (at the time) did not obtain the attention and service he needed. As a result, he got little benefit from joining a large Chamber.

Later, he joined another Chamber and again received poor results. It was then he decided to start a Chamber focused on the needs of small business owners and not directed by corporate sponsors.

Currently, the Texas Gulf Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has 420 members in Montgomery and Haris Counties. Members receive a series of unique benefits that help strengthen their business in order to succeed in the competitive market.

The Chamber is directed by a Board of Directors, a Chairman and Dr. Carlos Sanchez. The corporate offices are in The Wooodlands, Tx.
